The treatment of prostate disease

The prostate disease is the high occurrence illness in men. It has many kinds of form, its incidence is high, its course is long, and increase year after  year. The familiar forms involve: acute prostatitis, chronic prostatitis, prostate hyperplasia , prostate caruncle , prostate enlargement, fibrosis, calcification of the prostate, prostate cancer, prostate stone, prostate tubercle, prostate disease syndrome. It can be infected by  many kinds of pathogens, such as bacteria, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma, fungi or virus.

The prostate disease can be occur in young, middle age, and old age. According to the statistic, the prostate disease account for 60% incidence of  the urinary organs disease. There about 70% men ever occur the prostate diseases. The sex indulge, drinking , diet maladjustment , living pressure ,abuse medicine  bring on the high incidence of the disease.

The clinical reasons for bacterial prostatitis are:
1)Bacteria enter the urethra and reach the prostate
2)Blood infection, tooth infection, tonsil infection, upper respiratory tract infection, skin disease
3)Pathological changes near the prostate (rectum and anus infection through lymphatic glands)
4)Acute prostatitis to chronic prostatitis
5)Complications from Cystitis or Pyelonephritis
6)Excessive drinking, cold, excessive sex life and harmful sexual habits, damage in perineum, chronic constipation.
7)Penis urethra blockage and difficult urination.
All of the above could lead to nonbacterial hyperemia of the prostate and create a perfect environment for the invasion and propagation of bacteria.

Many prostatitis patients can't be cured by western medicine in their whole life, and many of them turn into prostate cancer.

The severity of chronic prostatitis depends on immunity of the body and strength of pathogen. The level of defense of the immune system significantly determines whether one will get infection, the severity of infection and the difficulty of treatment.
The common factors on the level of defense are heavy drinking, frequent masturbation, long distance cycling, sitting too long, excessive fatigue, getting a cold and negative thought.
Different pathogens have different strength on human body. For example, Staphylococcus epidermis and E. coli are called conditional pathogens. These pathogens could infection our body only when the immune system is very weak. Conversely, the strongest pathogens could infect almost everyone, such as Chlamydia, Mycoplasma and Gonococcus. The traits of a particular pathogen, amount of invaded pathogen and the growth of them are also the factors. Spicy and high-protein food promotes the growth of pathogen and increases the chance of getting prostate infection.
The majority of chronic prostatitis cases are mixed infection. Bacterial and nonbacterial prostatitis has an unusual close relationship and could swap reciprocally, that is exactly the core problem of treating chronic prostatitis. Effective treatment and prevention are not possible if one is ambiguous of the relationship between the two of them.

Because of the difficulties in treating chronic prostatitis, lots of so-called urologists and doctors come up with many new ways to treat prostatitis, for instance, excessive intravenous drip of antibiotics and long period of use of antibiotics, creating resistant strains. Patients become not sensitive to many antibiotics and lose confidence on formal effective treatment.
Some patients depend solely on medicine in a superstitious way without knowing that the basis of infection is the drop of immunity and resistance of the body. Lack of exercise, abnormal habits, excessive sexual activities/drinking and overnight mahjong games all add to the difficulties in treatment.

If your prostatitis caused by STD, such as infected by mycoplasma, Chlamydia, virus etc, it is highly recommended. Women partners of patients with prostatitis can provide important diagnostic clues. Sometimes, it is easier to identify the causative organism in a woman than in a man. Also, unless the woman is treated at the same time, it is likely that the man will suffer a recurrence.

In clinical practice, prostatitis is divided into the chronic type and acute type, or the inflammatory one and non-inflammatory one, or the specific one and non-specific one.

Although the disease name of prostatitis does not exist in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it belongs to the categories of suspended yang-carbuncle, white turbidity, white evil, fatigue strangury, grease strangury, seminal turbidity, lumbar pains due to kidney deficient, etc.

Traditional Chinese herbal medicine has a much bigger and important role to play in prostate disease cure in the world now. It aims at improving the hyperemia reaction of the focus tissue, repairing the damaged membrane and restoring the normal physiological functions of pathological focus. In some cases, Overall Balance Therapy is also adopted for rehabilitation of immune system to prevent internal diseases from attacking during this vulnerable moment and also build up a defense from pathological infections from external media.

Male sterility (MS)

It is worth emphasizing that more than half of sterility is caused by chronic  prostatitis. On analysis of the seminal fluid, we can find most of the sperm dead,  presence of white blood cells and delaying of liquefaction.

Male sterility (MS) means infertility caused by disorders of male reproductive system. Its clinical manifestations include abnormal sperm such as spermacrasia, aspermia, dead spermatozoon, azoospermia etc, and disturbance of sexual function, such as impotence, spermatorrhea,  nonejaculation etc. The cause of the disease is rather complex. It may be roughly classified into two kinds: the functional cause and the organic one or the primary one and secondary one. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), MS belongs to the categories of "cold semen," "scanty semen," "impotence" and "persistent erection" etc.

 CLINICAL TREATMENT

Types based on symptom-sign differentiation and their treatment.

Some physicians classified male sterility into two types:

1. Deficit due to deficiency of kidney

Manifestations: Lumbago, weak legs, fatigue, lack of strength, clear urine in larger quantities, much urine at night, indifferent sexual desire, long time infertility after marriage, pale tongue with thin--white coating, slender and taut or slender--soft and forceless pulse.

Formula of drugs: Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori (prepared), Fructus Mori, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari at 15 g each; Semen Plantaginis, Fructus Lycii, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Rubi at 12 g each; Fructus Corni 6g.

Modifications: For cases with emphasis on yang deficiency, Herba Epimedii, Rhizoma Curculigi at 15g each, Radix Morindae Officinalis 10g, Colla Cornus Cervi 12g were added; for cases with emphasis on yin deficiency, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Herba Ecliptae at 12 g each, Colla Plastri Testudinis 15 g were added; for spermacrasia, Colla Plastri Testudinis and Colla Corni Cervi (both were melted) were swallowed at 5 g each with honey and egg; for cases having much monstrous sperm, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Semen Persicae at 10 g each, and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15 g were added; for spermatorrhea, Ootheca Manitidis 10 g, Semen Euryales 15 g, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae 15 g, Rhizoma Alismatis 12 g, Cortex Phellodendri 10 g were added; for azoospermia, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae 15 g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10 g, Colla Corii Asini 10 g and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari 15 g were added.

2. Damp-heat in lower burner

Manifestations: Swelling and cramps in the perineum and lower-abdomen, thirst, a bitter taste in mouth, yellowish urine,  red tongue with yellow-greasy coating, string-like and slippery pulse.

Formula of drugs: Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Flos Lonicerae at 15 g each; Herba Dianthi, Semen Plantaginis at 12 g each; Rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae, Cortex phellodendri, Caulis Akebiae at 10 g each; talcum 30 g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 5 g.

Modifications: For dysphoria and insomnia, Fructus Gardeniae 10 g, Caulis Polygoni Multiflori 15 g, Cortex Albiziae 10g were added, for purulent sperm, Herba Taraxaci 15 g, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae 15 g were added; for dribbling urine, Herba Leonuri, Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae at 12 g each were added; for abnormal seminal liquifaction, Radix  Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15 g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 12 g, Rhizoma Acori Graminei 6 g, Radix Polygalae 5 g were added; for non-ejaculation during coitus, Squama Manitis10 g, Nidus Vespae 10 g (burned to ash and taken with the decoction), Fructus Liquidambaris 10 g were added.

Administration: The above drugs were decocted and taken at one dose daily in two separate portions. One month was set as a course of treatment. For patients with prostatitis, the third decoction from the above formula was used for a 20 minute of hip bath before bed time at the same time of oral intake. 78 cases were treated with the above prescription. Of them,50 cases or 64% of the cases belonged to the type "deficit due to deficiency in the kidney"; 28 cases or 36% of the cases were grouped into the type "dampness-heat in lower burner". As a result, the clinical curative rate was 64%  and the total effective rate was 93. 59%. The results in the type "deficit due to deficiency of the kidney" was a little bit better than in the type "dampness--heat of lower jiao." But statistically, no distinctive difference was found between the two types. It was found through observation that in the five cases who had no response, 3 cases had aspermia. This reveals that one confronts definite difficulties in treating aspermia with the aid of TCM.

The above recipes is only excerpted from some chinese medicine  books,  I am not sure its effectiveness.  I had researched and tried out my secret recipes for 7 years ,   so I am sure my recipes effectiveness, it work at all the chronic urinary organs infection, stimulate the blood circulation, attack  prostate, kill bacteria, recuperate prostate, and it has no side-effect. So cooperate taking  bee products, practising Qigong, pasting  ointment, and using physical therapy (prostate rehabilitator),  most of the patients have recovered by my green therapy. If you obey my requirement of stopping eating the improper foods that I mention on my webside,  I am sure you can recover.
